If you haven’t seen the birthday room lately, you may want to stop by and see what you’re missing!  Don’t worry, it’s still in the same place, BUT if you remember correctly the room used to be a plain brown with white ceilings and wood paneling.  Now the room has burst into color with purple walls and ceilings.  Crazy fun house mirrors spice up the walls while colorful banners highlight more of the ceilings. A special thank you goes out to Barton’s in Malden for their donation of base paint for the birthday room.  Thanks to Nancy Wilkerson, who painted the new birthday room, the Bootheel Youth Museum’s new and improved birthday room looks better than ever!
