Field trips can be scheduled for groups of 8 or more children on
Wednesdays through Saturdays between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Want the whole museum for a private field trip?
We can host your group of 35 or more on Mondays and Tuesdays.

PRICING:
Field trips Wednesdays through Sundays for groups of 8 or more children:
Children:  $6 each
Adult Chaperones:  $4 each
Children Ages 2 and Under:  Free Admission
Teachers/School Personnel and Group Leaders:  Free Admission

Private Field Trips Mondays or Tuesdays for groups of 35 or more children:
Children:  $7 each
Adult Chaperones:  $4 each
Children Ages 2 and Under:  Free Admission
Teachers/School Personnel and Group Leaders:  Free Admission
For groups smaller than 35 there is a minimum admission fee of $250.

The BYM offers:

• Free science shows for field trips, based on availability of staff and facilities.
• Lunchroom facilities for up to 200 (you can book multiple sessions in the lunchroom).
• Hands-on lab activities.
• Ask about suiting up one of your teachers or parents in our astronaut suit for photos with your students.

Organizers and guests should plan for at least two hours to enjoy the museum. Please bring one supervising adult for every ten children.
