Party/Event Room and Theater Rental
Host your child's birthday party or other event at the Bootheel Youth Museum! Leave the decorating and cleanup to our staff! We have several options where you can enjoy a private party experience and explore the museum before and/or after your event. And remember, adult groups can enjoy a day at the museum too!
Party/Event Room Rental - 1 Hour
Pricing: $150 for up to 15 children and 10 adults.
($75 due at booking, remaining $75 due before event)
Additional Participants: Children $7 each, adults $5 each.
Party/event room rental includes:
BYM staff handle all setup and cleanup. To facilitate changeover between events, the BYM cleans, decorates, and sets up the room for your party. All party decorations are provided. No outside decorations, piñatas, confetti, or silly string.
Rooms are available for rental during the following times:
Wednesday - Saturday: 11 a.m. to Noon, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., or 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Cancellation Policy: A 14-day notice is required for refund of payment. After that, all payments are forfeited.
Theater Rental - 1 hour
Pricing: $300 for up to 50 children and adults.
($150 due at booking, remaining $150 due before event)
Additional Participants: Children $7 each, adults $5 each.
